Your response is essential for planning seating and food for all families.
• The banquet is complimentary for all players and bench staff.
• Each player may be accompanied by one parent/guardian.
• A $20.00 banquet fee applies to the attending parent/guardian.
The food will be served buffet style.

The banquet will be held at the Lakeshore Racquet Club in Port Elgin.
• April 17: U10–U13 teams
• April 18: U14–U18 teams
• Doors open: 5:00 p.m.
• Dinner served: 6:00 p.m.
• Bar: Open both nights at 5:00 p.m.
Payment must be made by credit card through this online form.

The Deadline to register for the banquet is March 22,2026.
